Indescor Co.,Ltd. specializes in paint removal from runways and taxiways,
concrete curing compound removal, and rubber deposits removal from runways
using high pressure water and bio-degradable chemicals.

Operation for Rubber Removal

1. The special detergent to soften rubber is sprayed to the cleaning area.

2. Vacuum System, Water Wagon and Pump System are parked on the shoulder of runway.
40 m suction hose is deployed from the GV-T40 and connected with the Roto-Blaster.
High pressure hose is deployed from the CPU-PTM4 to the cleaning area and connected with the Roto-Blaster.

3. System as a whole is set at proper pressure/flow rate and jet-tips-to-surface distance
so as to blast off maximum amount of rubber deposit.

4. Operator pushes the Roto-Blaster slowly over heavily deposited area and faster over thin ones,
cleaning 500 mm width with it on one pass.

5. The rubber removed by the Roto-Blaster is simultaneously collected by GV-T40.

Cleaning Rate:

Approximately 250 m2/h for grooved asphalt runway
Approximately 500 m2/h for concrete surface runway

Five operators as a whole

Notice: Water of fire hydrant to be provided by the customer.
Required approximately 4800L per hour.

Operation@for Paint Removal

(At New Tokyo International Airport)


1. Vacuum System, Water Wagon and Pump System are parked on the appointed area.
40 m suction hose is deployed from the GV-T40 and connected with the Roto-Blaster.
High pressure hose is deployed from the CPU-PTM4 to the spot area and connected with the Roto-Blaster.

2. System as a whole is set at proper pressure/flow rate and jet-tips-to-surface distance
so as to blast off maximum amount of paint deposit.

3. Operator pushes the Roto-Blaster slowly over the line marking
cleaning 500 mm width with it on one pass.

4. The paint removed by the Roto-Blaster used water are simultaneously collected by GV-T40.

Cleaning Rate

Cleaning rate is approximately 20 m2 per an hour operation

Personnel

Five operators as a whole

Notice: Water of fire hydrant to be provided by the customer.
Required approximately 1,200 L per hour.
